The Document Management tool allows you to run an online library complete with full search engine and archiving of electronic or paper documents.

The Document Management tool allows you to store documents and document information in one single location, providing easy download of documents at anytime.

The Content Management Tool is fully customisable and typically includes:

  • A fully searchable library displaying summarised and detailed information on the document selected and allowing web users to download documents directly from the web
  • A secured area allowing you to easily upload new documents to the library and update or delete existing document information, at anytime without the need for additional help or the requirement to be able to program.
  • The possibility of controlling library updates before they are 'put live' through a simple 'check and confirm draft' system
  • The possibility of linking the library to an online shopping cart before allowing documents to be downloaded
