Sara Louise Kakes sells cakes to P&O ferries

09/10/06 - Sara Louise Kakes has gone from strength to strength since the launch of the web shop in January 2005 and has now won a contract supplying cakes to P&O ferries.

The website in itself is a great success with many customers buying cakes for their loved ones or for special occasions but it has also generated unexpected high levels of business related sales for Sara Louise Kakes.

Sara Staples, Director at Sara Louise Kakes says: "we love the website, and so do our customers. We also receive orders from businesses buying cakes for clients, staff or special events, that we did not anticipate."

Sara Louise kakes are now proud to include P&O ferries amongst their customers. From the 2nd November they will be supplying blueberry muffins, lemon muffins, strawberry and white chocolate muffins, brownies, millionaire shortbread and chocolate flapjacks to the new coffee shops on all P&O ferries.

This is just one example of how a GOOD website can generate high level and sometimes unexpected sales!
